How we approach it

Social is a distribution system, not a content quota

Most social programmes fail because they are run as an obligation — a set number of posts per week, produced to fill a calendar. Nobody watches content made to satisfy a schedule. We start instead from what the audience already chooses to watch on each platform, and build content that earns attention on those terms.

That means platform-native production rather than one asset resized five ways. Vertical, sound-on, fast-opening video for Instagram and TikTok. Considered, credibility-led material for LinkedIn where B2B buyers research vendors. The channel is not a format detail; it changes what the content should be.

Creators, UGC and why it converts

Audiences discount brand claims and accept peer evidence. That is the whole mechanism behind creator and user-generated content, and it is why a modest creator with genuine audience trust frequently outperforms a large one with rented reach.

We select partners on audience fit and engagement quality rather than follower count, brief them properly and then leave them room — over-directed creator content reads as an ad and loses the trust advantage that justified the spend. Rights and usage are agreed upfront so strong assets can be extended into paid media, which is usually where creator content earns its return.

Community, and the part that cannot be automated

Response speed and tone in comments and messages do more for brand perception than most campaigns. It is also where reputation is defended in public. We help establish response guidelines, escalation paths for complaints, and a consistent voice across franchise or multi-location accounts — the Geláre engagement lifted engagement across Instagram and TikTok by 42% partly on this discipline, and loyalty sign-ups rose 33% year on year as a result of connecting social attention to a reason to return.

Measurement past vanity metrics

Reach and likes are diagnostic, not commercial. We report saves, shares, profile visits, click quality, assisted conversions and — where the funnel allows it — revenue. Social frequently earns its keep as an assist rather than a closer, which last-click reporting hides, so we make that contribution visible before anyone decides to cut it.

Questions we get asked

How often should we be posting?

Cadence matters less than consistency and fit. A brand posting three considered pieces a week that suit the platform will beat one posting daily filler. We set a rhythm your team or ours can genuinely sustain, because an ecosystem that stops for a month costs more reach than it ever gained.

Do influencers actually work for B2B?

Yes, but not in the consumer sense. In B2B the equivalent is credible practitioners with a specialist audience — a smaller, expert following converts far better than reach. We look at audience composition and demonstrated authority, never follower count alone.

Who owns the content you produce?

You do. All assets, source files and accounts remain your property, and we hand over working files as a matter of course. If you ever move on from us you should leave with everything, not a locked account and a folder of exports.

How do you measure social when it does not drive direct sales?

By its actual job. For most brands social builds recognition and consideration, so we track engaged reach, audience growth quality, and assisted conversions through GA4 — then look at whether branded search and direct traffic rise alongside it. Attributing a dessert purchase to a single post is fiction; showing that demand moved is not.
