YSHealthcare & Dental
The challenge

A long-established family dental practice in Yokine, competing for attention against clinics with far larger marketing budgets in the same few suburbs. Most dental demand is either routine and local ("dentist near me", "check-up Yokine") or urgent and unforgiving — someone in pain at 9pm who will book with whoever answers first. A brochure website serves neither. And every word published has to sit inside AHPRA advertising rules: no testimonials, no claims of superiority, no misleading imagery.

Our approach

We built the site around how patients actually search. Separate, substantial pages for the treatments people look up by name — check-ups and cleans, fillings, crowns, root canal, veneers, whitening, implants, gum disease — each written to answer the question a worried person types, not to sell. A dedicated urgent-care path that gets someone from a symptom to a booking in the fewest possible steps, with clear escalation advice for symptoms that need a hospital, not a dentist. Team pages carrying real credentials, because in health the practitioner is the product. Local search and Google Business Profile work to own the suburb-level queries. Online booking on every page, so intent never has to survive a phone call.

Technical & delivery

A modular treatment-page architecture · appointment and enquiry paths surfaced on every page · structured data for local health businesses · Google Business Profile and local-search work · AHPRA advertising review on published copy · mobile-first build with a performance budget. Scope varies by engagement; specifics are confirmed with the practice.

Data, measurement & AI in this engagement

Treatment content is structured for AI answer engines as well as Google — clear question-and-answer framing, correct medical and local-business schema, and unambiguous scope statements — so the practice is quotable when someone asks an assistant what to do about a cracked tooth in Perth. Content drafting is AI-assisted and clinician-reviewed; nothing describing a treatment publishes without a dentist signing it off.

Where this goes next — the AI opportunity

A grounded assistant that answers pre-appointment questions from the practice’s own treatment pages and hours, with a hard refusal boundary on anything clinical and an immediate handoff to the practice for symptoms.
