I first began working with Bruce Filing in his role as Direct Sales Manager at WIN TV WA in 2001, during my tenure as Western Regional Manager at ITT Flygt. Our collaboration continued until 2008, then as National Sales and Marketing Director. In 2010, following a global rebrand to Xylem, the team at Media 365 was entrusted with developing our national communications and education strategy. This was a significant and complex initiative, aimed at preserving the equity of the ITT Flygt brand while successfully transitioning to the new Xylem identity. Media 365 led this process entirely, and their work was exceptionally wellexecuted across all marketing, advertising, and communication channels. One standout project was the Xylem Pump Station Handbook – a highly technical 68 page specification guide used across the Australasian market.
