DAHealthcare & Dental
The challenge

A family dental practice at Thornlie Square with two decades behind it and a genuinely broad treatment range — including services patients associate with specialists. That last point is the hard part: under AHPRA rules a general dentist offering orthodontic, endodontic, periodontic, oral-surgery or paediatric services must be unambiguous that they hold general registration, not specialist registration, and must not imply otherwise. Get that wrong and the practice is exposed. Get it wrong in the other direction — hedge everything — and patients cannot tell what the clinic actually does.

Our approach

We wrote the site so the scope is stated plainly and repeatedly without undermining confidence: treatment pages describe what is offered and by whom, a standing registration disclaimer appears where it needs to, and second-opinion guidance is offered rather than buried. Around that, a treatment-page architecture matched to how patients search, an About page that leads with two decades of practice and continuing education rather than adjectives, an ongoing article program answering the questions patients actually arrive with, and payment and health-fund information surfaced early, because cost is the reason most people delay. Booking is available on every page.

Technical & delivery

Modular treatment and article templates · AHPRA registration and scope statements held in the template rather than left to an editor · structured data for local health businesses and articles · local search and Google Business Profile · payment and health-fund information architecture · performance-budgeted mobile build. Scope varies by engagement; specifics are confirmed with the practice.

Data, measurement & AI in this engagement

The treatment and article library is structured for AI answer engines — question-led headings, FAQ and medical schema, explicit scope and registration statements — so when an assistant is asked about wisdom-tooth pain in Perth, what it can quote is accurate and correctly qualified. Drafting is AI-assisted and clinician-reviewed; the registration and scope language is fixed and never paraphrased by a model.

Where this goes next — the AI opportunity

A grounded pre-appointment assistant over the practice’s own content, with the registration and scope statements hard-coded into its refusal boundary and a handoff to the practice for anything clinical.
