I first began working with Bruce Filing in his role as Direct Sales Manager
at WIN TV WA in 2001, during my tenure as Western Regional Manager at
ITT Flygt. Our collaboration continued until 2008, then as National Sales and
Marketing Director. In 2010, following a global rebrand to Xylem, the team at
Media 365 was entrusted with developing our national communications and
education strategy.
This was a significant and complex initiative, aimed at preserving the equity of
the ITT Flygt brand while successfully transitioning to the new Xylem identity.
Media 365 led this process entirely, and their work was exceptionally wellexecuted across all marketing, advertising, and communication channels.
Notably, some of their creative work was so well-received it was adopted in other
international markets, including head office and sales companies in America.
Throughout my tenure at Xylem Oceania, Media 365 continued to manage all
aspects of our digital development, marketing, public relations, advertising, and
content creation. One standout project was the Xylem Pump Station Handbook
– a highly technical 68 page specification guide used across the Australasian
market. Media 365’s deep understanding of our business made them an
invaluable partner in supporting our sustained growth during that period.
Now, 24 years on, in my current role as Pumping and Associated Equipment
Manager at Murray Engineering, our partnership continues with the same
strength and alignment. Media 365 remains closely integrated with our
vision and values, helping us deliver outstanding growth and ensuring Murray
Engineering’s digital touchpoints lead within their respective sectors.
